The service

Treebute lets you gift real trees. When you place an order, we (or our planting partners) plant a tree on your behalf, record its location, and provide tracking and growth updates.
Trees are living things: species availability, planting sites, and planting dates depend on season and local conditions. Where a listed species becomes unavailable, we will plant the closest suitable alternative and tell you.

Orders are paid by transfer via JazzCash, Easypaisa or Raast. After placing an order you send the payment screenshot, quoting your order number, to our WhatsApp number. Your order stays pending until we confirm the transfer.
Prices shown at checkout are final for that order. We may update catalog prices at any time.
You may cancel an order any time before it is fulfilled. Fulfilled orders cannot be cancelled, since the tree is already in the ground.

Planted trees are cared for by our planting partners. If a tree dies within its first year, we replant a replacement at no cost and link it to the same tracking record.
Growth updates and photos are provided periodically; their frequency depends on site access and season.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
Gift messages must not contain unlawful, abusive, or hateful content. We may decline to deliver messages that violate this.

Treebute provides the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, site access, or other events outside our control — though we will always replant or refund where we cannot fulfil an order.

We may update these terms; the revision date below always reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
